Include their name, email, and phone number in the message and what they are looking for, or if they rented from us within the last 7 days. We will contact them directly. Upon their sixth month of rental and on-time payments, you will receive a one-month credit to your account. See details below.
This is for new customers only. No existing or previous customers qualify. Both existing and new customer must pay their monthly rent on-time for six months to qualify for the referral program. If a new customer rented a unit up to 7 days prior to this submission, existing customer who made referral qualifies for the promotion. There is no cash value that will paid to the customer and will only appear as a rental credit on the account. This may not be combined with other promotions.
